Not four systems that email each other. The call, the price, the document and the date sit in one file, and she can read all of it before she answers.

Your company's AI needs a work record
Forge comes with Sabina. Scope the customer, job, document and activity records the agreed work needs. Company knowledge can support analysis, preparation and follow-through; it does not expand permission.
Foundry trains and operates the core model. Company records and instructions are kept in separate systems, distinct from model weights. They can inform subsequent work; portability and model changes depend on the supported tooling and agreed terms. No lossless model change or packaged export is promised.

Core keeps the structured operating record. Relevant documents, customer context and completed work can carry forward into the next task. Specialist tools contribute where their supported paths are included in the agreed scope.
