II The chest Hyperion LiDAR scan-to-estimate
Scan the roof. Price it before the truck leaves.
iPad LiDAR spatial scanning. Capture the geometry in about sixty seconds, with no ladder and no tape measure. The system lays itself out, prices off what it captured, and a signed proposal goes out in one visit.
When the call needs a number, Sabina sends a scan to the field and has an estimate back before the truck leaves.
The person who would otherwise take that call runs about $5,500 a month fully loaded. This is a drawer out of the software stack a shop assembles instead.

Context and status
Drawer II of six. The one no one else has.
One visit
A signed proposal while the owner is still standing there. The scan goes out from the office, the geometry comes back, and the number is priced off the thing itself rather than off somebody’s memory of it.

Scan → Estimate → Propose, in one visit
Fig. I — The pointcloud is the estimate. Illustrative of the capture, not a recorded scan.
Context and status
The pointcloud is not a picture of the estimate. It is the estimate.
Scan, estimate, propose
Scan
LiDAR capture of the site in minutes: geometry, penetrations, edges. No ladder, no tape measure.
Estimate
The system lays itself out and prices off the geometry it captured. Materials, labor, the number.
Propose
The proposal goes out through Sigil for signature in one visit, while everyone else is still booking a second.
Context and status
Three moves, one site visit. The second one is the part nobody else has.
Quote speed is the pain everyone sells against
It is also the one we rank third, deliberately, because it is not the one that bleeds first. The phone goes unanswered before the quote goes out late, and the invoice ages after both. If a vendor leads with quote speed and nothing else, they are selling you the easiest problem.
Hyperion doesn’t shorten the 42 hours. It deletes them.
Hyperion is custom quoted for your scan-to-proposal workflow. Your quote sets out the products, services and any onboarding work before you commit. What Core is.
Hiring Sabina is the other purchase, not a bigger version of this one — one line, Core included, and Hyperion in her hands for the trade she is hired into. How hiring works.
Context and status
Our own homepage ranks quote speed third, on purpose. This page does not pretend otherwise.
